Andres Claux

Andres Claux is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with over 20 years of international experience. Holding degrees in architecture, finance, and real estate from top institutions such as Georgetown University and Cornell University, Claux has a broad and deep understanding of the real estate profession; his areas of expertise include acquisitions, underwriting, development, capital markets/investments, and asset/portfolio management. With extensive experience in strategy, finance, and operations, Claux has led multicultural, multidisciplinary, and creative teams in various industries, including engineering/construction, mining/manufacturing, real estate, financial services, and startup/fintech. His executive roles have included being Chief Financial Officer - Chief Operating Officer at Drake Materials and Cement, Head of Real Estate Investments at Pacífico Seguros, and Business Unit Leader at DAY CPM, an Otak Division. Claux has also held positions as a Business School-Lecturer at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas and Guest Speaker at Prairie View A&M University.
