Menaka Alai is a well-educated professional with a diverse range of experiences that contribute to making her an excellent fit in the pharmaceutical industry. She successfully completed her Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Science at the renowned University Institute of Chemical Technology (UDCT). Being interested in business, she continued her studies, obtaining a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) at Welingkar Institute of Management. Furthermore, she attended Essential of Pharma Marketing at Kellogg Executive Education to get a better understanding of the industry. Ms. Alai also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Marketing Analytics and Communication from Stuart School of Business, Illinois Institute of Technology, which has furthered her business knowledge.

Ms. Alai has experience with several organizations, including AbbVie- for whom she is currently an Omnichannel Marketing Partner, Oncology. Before that, she worked as Marketing Analytics and Business Insights at AbbVie and Decision Sciences Consulting at Mu Sigma Inc. Ms. Alai's experience working at Illinois Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, CoreLink Data Centers, and Dean's Office Student Assistant at Stuart School of Business, IIT has allowed her to develop several essential qualities, including excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
