Olivia Benjamin is a successful investor and community leader with a passion for technology and entrepreneurship. Prior to her current role as a Partner at Operator Partners, Olivia worked as an Investor at Bain Capital Ventures, where she focused on enterprise software and consumer technology investments. Before that, she spent several years at Goldman Sachs working on the impact investment team. Olivia's enthusiasm for entrepreneurship began in college, where she co-founded an online art marketplace. She is a founder of Ground Floor, a community for early start-up employees, and Founder's Table, a co-founder matching community. Additionally, she runs a monthly tech and venture capital jobs newsletter called Role Call. Olivia graduated magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Barnard College, and is a former Board Member of the Junior Board of Directors at Food Bank for New York City.
