I managed the team responsible for strategy, product development and product management for all multimedia & wireless-web services.  We implemented and managed alliances for streaming and wireless content, generating $2M+ online advertising revenue.  We also produced Lycos’ first-ever live streaming-audio concert webcast (the Dave Matthews Band) for BMG Music, attracting 50K simultaneous users.
