Pauline Sim is an accomplished banking professional with over 18 years of experience in various areas of the small and medium enterprises banking segment. Sim's expertise expands in fields including financing, cash management, bancassurance, and cross-border trade. She studied Sociology & English Literature at National University of Singapore, Executive MBA program modules in Corporate Strategy and Human Capital at The Wharton School and Indian School of Business, and Executive Program in Strategic Digital Marketing at Cambridge Judge Business School. Sim's keen interest in lifelong learning led her to help set up and join The FinLab, the first corporate accelerator in Singapore, driving and running innovation, transformation, and growth programs for FinTech companies and tech startups. She has been the Head of Fintech & Strategic Partnerships at Sleek since late 2020.
