Adrian attended Pelham Memorial High School and went on to earn Bachelor's degrees from the University of New Haven in Business Administration and Sports Management.

Throughout his career, Adrian has held various key roles in prestigious organizations, showcasing his expertise and skills in operations management, logistics, business development, marketing, and community relations.

His experience includes serving as the Senior Business and Operations Manager at Us Trading for Rapaport, Vice President of Logistics and Fulfillment at Eleven James, Director of Corporate and Premium Promotions at Cirrus Fitness, and Vice President of Business Development at the Professional Basketball Alumni Association (PBAA).

Prior to these roles, Adrian held positions at The Madison Square Garden Company, New York Knicks, Inc., and Inwood House, where he honed his leadership and communication abilities.
