Elena Hoffman is a young and ambitious professional with a passion for communications, public service, and political science. She studied at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications & Public Service, and Political Science. Before that, she completed her high school education at Gary and Jerri-Ann Jacobs High Tech High Charter School.

In her quest to gain relevant work experience, Elena has worked with several notable organizations, including the Federal Trade Commission, the U.S. Department of State, Bob Casey for Senate, NARAL Pro-Choice America, Community HousingWorks, the U.S. House of Representatives, the California Innocence Project, and Higgs Fletcher & Mack. At these organizations, she worked as an Honors Paralegal, Summer intern, Finance Intern, Political Intern, Community Building Program Assistant, Spring Intern at District Office, among others.
