Whitney Moeller is an accomplished producer with extensive experience working with VIP corporate and nonprofit clients. Her expertise lies in event management, conference planning, and experiential marketing. She has proven skill in budgeting, vendor negotiations, food and beverage, white-glove hospitality, client management, and onsite execution. Whitney is also a creative individual with demonstrated leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a can-do attitude.

Whitney pursued her education in art history, criticism, and conservation, earning an MA from Indiana University Bloomington and a BA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also studied Italian language and literature and art history at Lorenzo de’ Medici Institute.

Over the years, Whitney has worked with several organizations, including agencyEA, MKTG, and George P Johnson Experience Marketing. She has held various positions in education and events at Eataly, including Assistant Director, Director, and Coordinator of Education and Events. She was also the Director of Sponsorship for Chicago Gourmet at the Illinois Restaurant Association. Whitney honed her skills in public programs as Manager of Public Programs at Chicago Architecture Foundation and in exhibition coordination as a Contemporary Art Exhibition Coordinator at The Art Institute of Chicago.
