Delivered regulatory transformation projects across Danske Bank’s markets (Scandinavia, Baltic, Germany, Luxembourg, UK and Ireland) in cooperation with IT.
People Management of two transformation teams consisting of 14 Project Managers, and 5 external consultants. 
Strong engagement with stakeholders at all levels including CIO, COO, and represented Regulatory Transformation Programs at Danske Bank Board's Audit committee meetings.

Results:
•	Conceptualized and spearheaded a new Digital customer focused approach to obtain foreign tax information for FATCA & CRS Due Diligence 2017
•	Optimized and standardized Transaction Monitoring Alert handling to enable offshoring to Danske Bank’s service hub in Lithuania
•	Developed and delivered a new compliant internal AML eLearning series across Danske Bank business entities and markets

Delivered AML (Anti Money Laundering) and FATCA & CRS (Foreign tax) process optimization across Danske Bank markets in cooperation with IT.

Strong engagement with stakeholders at all levels including COO, and SVP for Personal Banking, Wealth Management, Business Banking and Corporate and Institution's AML departments.

•	Optimized and standardized Transaction Monitoring Alert handling to enable offshoring to Danske Bank’s service hub in Lithuania

Responsible for the global portfolio of innovation products from pilot to implementation - the result was "Remote Container Management - Captain Peter". We delivered a global IoT for reefer containers which enabled a transition from manual to automated 24/7 remote monitoring and alarm handling of global operational processes.
People Management of two teams consisting of 5 Product Managers in Copenhagen, and 40 FTE in Chennai, India. 
Strong engagement with stakeholders at all levels globally including Maersk Liner Board, the global Maersk Operation and Procurement Organization, and external vendors (Ericsson, AT&T, MarkIT, Tata)	
Total budget to deliver Remote Container Management was USD 500 mio (2016).   

Results:
•	Portfolio consisted of 6 work-steams
•	Operational savings USD 80 mio p.a. (2019)  
•	Big data transformed into BI reports and ability to sell data as a commercial value-added service to Maersk Line’s customers

Global Head of Portfolio Product Management, Digital & IoT  

Commercial Manager with P/L responsibility for the Intra European transportation network within Maersk Line. The Portfolio was under my responsibility developed from 8 to 12 intra-regional routes.
Strong engagement with global stakeholders at all levels: European commercial Top management, European operation center and European sales force, as well as leading negotiation with trendsetting European customer.	

Results:
•	Grew turnover from USD 375mio (2005) to 450 mio. (2011)
•	Introduced 4 new profitable reefer Routes
•	Executed the turnaround of the “Intra Europe Trade” from in 2010 from being a supporting portfolio of inter-regional Route within the Maersk network to become an independent company with own KPIs to succeed in the intra continental container market. Intra Europe Trade was moved out of Maersk Line in 2011, first under the brand “Seago”, and in 2018 renamed to “Sealand”.
