Tim Dymmel is a highly experienced strength and conditioning coach with a passion for low-tech, hi-concept training methods. With a diverse background that includes playing collegiate sports, rugby in multiple countries, working as a police officer, construction worker, warehouseman, and office worker, Tim uses his broad base of understanding to create custom workout plans that are tailored to meet the needs of each client.

Tim's specialties include CrossFit, Kettlebells, Olympic Weightlifting, Rugby, Soccer, and Placekicking. He is the founder and owner of CrossFit Palo Alto and has previously worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at X-Body Fitness, Inc. Tim has also served as a Police Officer at Arvada Police Department and worked as a Warehouse Inventory Coordinator and Building Services Coordinator at Williams-Sonoma, Inc. Additionally, he has played semi-professional rugby for several teams worldwide.

Tim attended Colorado School of Mines, where he studied Metallurgy, and Colorado Christian University, where he earned his BA in Communications. He uses his education and experience to design workout programs that empower his clients to reach new levels of fitness and ability.
