She is a creative systems-thinker with a gift for facilitating group dynamics that promote psychological safety, belonging, clarity, and accountability. Her specialties include organization development, learning and development, process consulting, strategy, intervention design, psychology, and entrepreneurship. Taylor holds an MS in Organizational Development and a BA in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources.
