Ricardo Garcia is an experienced Investor Relations and Capital Markets professional with extensive knowledge of disclosure, communications, and Corporate Governance practices. He has a strong background in fund raising in Brazilian and foreign debt and equity markets, with solid worldwide relationships built in the capital markets with institutional investors, banks, private equity, family offices, Sell-Side, and Buy-Side analysts. With a business degree from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo and ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing, Garcia has served as the Investor Relations Officer at Multilaser Industrial S/A, Technical Director at IBRI - Instituto Brasileiro de Relações com Investidores, Partner at Trópica Brewing Co., Head of Investor Relations at Smiles, and Operations Manager at Abrasca, among other positions. He has prepared over 150 quarterly earnings releases and board presentations on accounting, operational and sector analysis, and outlooks, in addition to conducting negotiations, people management, project leadership, innovation, and product launches. Garcia has domestic and international experience on investors’ conferences, road shows, one-on-one meetings, and investor groups totaling more than 3,000 meetings since 1998.
