Led a global team of engineers in 3 continents through multiple releases (1 major and 2 minor) of IBM's flagship monitoring solution, with on-time deliveries and with significantly higher qualities and market acceptances than previous releases.  Setting standards on development practices, providing leadership in day-to-day technical operations of the project, and managing project and technical risks.

Lead Programmer

Planned, managed, and delivered multiple releases (2 major) of IBM's application performance monitoring solution in highly competitive market segment by managing global teams (3 continents) with 3 different company backgrounds.  Both releases were delivered on-time with significantly higher qualities, which translated into rapid customer acceptance in the market place.

Release Manager

Successfully led 2 major releases of IBM's premier event management product by setting development standards, providing day to day technical oversights and project leadership and implementing development and test improvements. Both releases were tremendous success in the market, allowing IBM to reverse the declining trends in the event management market share. Gained mind and market shares by working closely with major customers in deployment of both releases. In 2004, IBM event management product had one of the best years due to improvements in product quality and customer focuses.
