Holding multiple certifications and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance, Steve frequently speaks at conferences around the world on topics like fraud, ethics, and compliance. Additionally, Steve has been featured in several publications such as Forbes, American Banker, and Fraud Magazine. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Fraud & Ethics at Golden Gate University and a former President of the San Francisco Chapter of the ACFE.
Steve's professional experience includes Senior Manager - Leader Fraud & Forensics at Frank, Rimerman + Co. LLP, Fraud Expert / Creative Director at Seduction of Fraud, and Manager - Risk Assurance at PwC. He has held various roles within the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), serving as Chairman of the Higher Education Committee, Advisory Council Member, Mentor, Columnist Big Frauds, and San Francisco Chapter President. Steve has also served as the Director of Fraud Investigative & Dispute Services at Ernst & Young and Head of Risk Management/Internal Audit at a confidential organization.
