Hugh Tinsley is a seasoned consultant with over three decades of experience and a successful track record in managing large-scale projects and programs across public, private, and third sectors in the UK, Europe, Americas, and the Middle East. With expertise in strategy design and implementation, change management, and organization design, Hugh brings value to clients by leading complex program deliveries, program assurance review and recovery, and non-executive director and pension trustee experience.

Hugh's academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry from Imperial College London, an MBA from Kingston University - Company, a bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Birmingham, and a master's degree in Mastership of Chemical Analysis (MChemA) from London South Bank University. In addition, he has studied various courses in Sociology, Comparative Religion, and Psychology from the Open University.
