Currently, she serves as the Global Community Lead at Finimize, where she oversees a team of 50 high-performing remote volunteers who create inspiring content and organize 200+ events annually. Before that, Michelle managed the first UK co-living community, where she housed entrepreneurs, creatives, and digital nomads. In addition, she has extensive marketing experience, having worked for Contiki Holidays, the world's leading youth travel brand.
