Faiz Ahmad is a passionate community builder who has devoted his career to connecting people to social causes that drive positive impact. With a wealth of experience and education in the fields of design, international development, social media and content marketing, and project management, Faiz has a unique ability to maximize reach and inspire action on a global scale.

In his role as Design Program Manager at Meta, Faiz leads a team of creatives focused on developing innovative and impactful design solutions for clients across a range of sectors. Prior to joining Meta, Faiz served as Global Competition Manager, Videos for Change at High Resolves, where he oversaw the production and distribution of video content on socially-relevant topics, and as Head of Product Marketing, Composer, where he developed messaging and marketing strategies for the organization.

Before transitioning to the design and marketing space, Faiz built a strong foundation in international development, studying International Development Studies at UCLA and Global and International Studies at Meiji Gakuin University, and working in various capacities for organizations like Acumen Fund, InVenture.org, and United Way of Greater Los Angeles. He received his Master's degree in UX Design from Maryland Institute College of Art, and completed a Remote Studio in Design Research, Human Centered Design at Austin Center for Design.

Faiz is known for his ability to activate new audiences and inspire action on behalf of meaningful causes, and has served in numerous leadership, management and partnership roles throughout his career. He is a skilled communicator, storyteller, and marketer, with a deep understanding of human-centered design principles, global social issues, and the power of storytelling to create lasting social change.
