Currently serving as a New Ventures & Growth professional for Walmart Global Tech, Malmgren has previously held several roles at Walmart, including Corporate Development Manager, Senior Analyst Strategic Partnerships, Cross-Border Trade Analyst, Emerging Payments Analyst, and FP&A Analyst - Walmart US. He began his career in finance as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Aegis Capital Corp and also worked across Valuation Analyst and Investment Banking Summer Analyst roles at Greener Equity and Columbia West Capital, LLC, respectively.

Malmgren has also gained experience as a Research Analyst at Linsalata Capital Partners and as a Volunteer Representative at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
