He is skilled in managing Trade Capture and Validation, reconciliation, lifecycle event processing, exception management, and project oversight. Rainey has a proven track record in facilitating human capital strategy, including talent acquisition, training and development, performance management, and compensation. He is experienced in applying expertise with Loan, Security, and Derivative products in corporate, mortgage rates, and foreign exchange markets. Rainey's technical knowledge includes expertise with Salesforce, Redtail, eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, and Bloomberg, among others. He holds FINRA Series 7, Series 4, and Series 24 licenses and is the President of the Board of Directors for The Exchange Network. Rainey has held several executive positions at various financial institutions, including Chief Operations Officer at EQIS Capital Management Inc. and Chief Operating Officer at Hodges Capital Management. He has also served as Senior Vice President at Envestnet, Inc., Placemark Investments, and JP Morgan, among others. Rainey studied BA at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
