Ben Berry

Ben Berry is an accomplished aerospace engineer with a diverse academic background and extensive professional experience in the field.

His educational journey includes a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland College Park, a Master of Science (MS) in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland.

Ben's career has seen him in key roles at several renowned organizations. He currently serves as a Lead Engineer at Kitty Hawk, with previous positions as a Senior Hardware Engineer at X, the moonshot factory, Makani, and Google. Earlier in his career, he was a Ph.D. Candidate and Research Assistant at the University of Maryland, a Lead Engineer at UMD Gamera Human Powered Helicopter Team, an Aerospace Engineer at Groen Brothers Aviation, a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland, College Park.
