Cynthia Kahn, a seasoned agile coach, scrum master, project manager, and program manager, shares her entrepreneurial mindset to quickly organize teams and accelerate product delivery. With a focus on software products, application development, and web B2B and B2C, Cynthia specializes in transitioning teams to agile and coaches existing agile teams to improve scrum practices and shorten lifecycle. She has authored a GSD Scrum Handbook and leads a GSD Scrum in 1 Day workshop. Cynthia is also a TEDx speaker who has given a talk on applying Agile practices in your life and living a happier life. With an MBA in Business and Information Systems from the University of Maryland, Cynthia has worked with companies such as Visa, Intel Corporation, Nike, and Cambia to deliver results more quickly through Agile project management. She is the founder and CEO of GSD Mindset, LLC and was previously an Advisor to the Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) team at Scrum Alliance.
