With a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and a Master of Science in Systems Management from Florida Institute of Technology, Paul has a strong background in IT portfolio governance, organizational change management, public safety, IT project management assessment, and health and human services. Paul's career also includes experience in logistics and customer service, making him a well-rounded management consultant with an eye for detail.

Before retiring from the US Navy, Paul completed his postgraduate studies in project management.
