He is the founder and CEO of The Mediation Experts, an alternative dispute resolution organization that assists parties in resolving disputes and issues efficiently, effectively, and without the stress and expense of litigation. Farley is dual-qualified in both Australia and the United States and a member of the California State Bar and Queensland Law Society. He has studied Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.), Law at San Francisco Law School and Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), History/Political Science at University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is also a registered National Mediator and certified Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner with over 3000 mediations to his credit.
