Gary Pinkus

Gary Pinkus is the Chairman for McKinsey & Company in North America, with a wealth of experience in various leadership roles within the organization.

Starting as a business analyst in 1987, Gary has held positions in different cities and countries, including Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Houston, Mexico City, Sydney, and Zurich.

Gary has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in English and Quantitative Economics from Stanford University.

Apart from his professional roles, Gary is actively involved in several boards, including Wake Forest University, US Ski & Snowboard, and California Academy of Sciences.

Outside of work, Gary enjoys various activities such as skiing, waterskiing, wake surfing, golfing, wine tasting, and reading novels. He is married with four children and two dogs.
