Ruud Visser

Ruud Visser is a seasoned computer scientist and tech leader with vast experience in software engineering, product development, and entrepreneurship. He attended BSG, where he studied VWO, Natuur en Techniek, before earning a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Delft University of Technology. Ruud continued his education with a Master of Science in Computer Science and ICT Innovation from Aalto University and a second Master of Science in the same field from Delft University of Technology.

Ruud's impressive professional journey began as a Web Developer at Digital4u, followed by a stint as a Co-founder at Scrambled Apps. He then joined Flurry Live, a mobile analytics and advertising platform, where he rose to the position of Director of Engineering. After Flurry Live, Ruud transitioned to Facebook's subsidiary, Instagram, where he worked as a Senior Software Engineer, helping to develop and launch new features. He then co-founded Doppler, a cloud-based configuration platform that simplifies the management of application environments.

At Doppler, Ruud has been responsible for spearheading the company's growth and strategy as its Chief of Staff. He is also an Angel Investor and has previously served as a Craft Ventures Scout and Operator Exchange Advisor. With a breadth of experience in software development and product management, Ruud is well-equipped to provide valuable insights in the tech industry.
