Cecilia Revollar is an experienced business administrator with a strong background in operations and commercial management. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Lima and her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Universidad del Pacifico in Peru. Additionally, she is currently pursuing an Executive Master's degree in Business Analytics from Esade. Cecilia has a passion for innovation and is a graduate of the Programa Acelerado en Innovacion Aplicada para Ejecutivos from Universidad de Ingeniería & Tecnología - UTEC.

Cecilia has a wealth of experience in leading and managing large teams of workers. She served as the Gerente de Sede at Universidad Privada del Norte, where she was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the university. She has also worked for LAN Airlines in various roles, including Jefe del Centro de Control de Vuelo, Jefe de Aeropuertos de Bolivia, Jefe de Operaciones de Servicio al Pasajero, and Ejecutivo Centro de Control de Operaciones. Cecilia has also worked as Jefe de Producto Linea Blanca at LG Electronics and as an Especialista de Trade Marketing and Analista Trade Marketing at Nestlé S.A.

Cecilia's professional experience has given her expertise in areas such as operations management, commercial management, and innovation. She has a passion for finding innovative solutions to complex problems, and her experience has equipped her to lead teams of all sizes.
