Jim Ritchie is an experienced 3-time startup founder, former corporate VC, and self-proclaimed B2B sales expert with a passion for solving hard technology and business challenges. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Math and Computer Science from the University of Puget Sound and has studied Computer Science at the UC Berkeley Extension.

With years of experience in the technology industry, Jim has successfully hired, trained, coached, and led multiple high-performance software sales teams. Through his expertise in Sales, SaaS, CRM, blockchain, negotiating, pricing, licensing, strategy, and technology trends, he has negotiated and closed thousands of enterprise software deals worth tens of millions of dollars.

Jim's career journey started when he joined Wind River as a National FAE Manager and worked his way up to Director of Corporate Development and Strategy, WW Director of Strategic Partner Sales, and District Sales Manager. He then moved on to co-found and lead several technology startups, including Naveon Networks, Embedded Solution Partners, and Delicious Karma, where he served as CEO and Founder.

Before starting his own businesses, Jim was Managing Partner at Fortuna Investors and Sr. VP Corporate Business Development at Continous Computing.

Jim's skills go beyond sales and entrepreneurship. He still writes code when he needs to, and he is passionate about company and team building. He's also worked as a Bad Ass Advisors Advisor.
