- Answering calls according to the company standards.	Attending to guests and making sure they feel welcomed.	Confirming with staff in the building that they are expecting visitor.	Loading guests onto security software and issuing visitors cards.	Assisting contractors with access to building and updating facilities and other departments accordingly.	Assisting all guests/clients in a professional, polite and efficient manner.	Receiving parcels (income and outgoing) and accurately recording of details.	Handing over of parcels to Office Hostesses.	Receiving post/parcels and handing it over to Office Hostesses for distribution.	Liaising with security guards in reception and the rest of the building on an on-going basis, and being vigilant with regard safety and security.	Doing whatever necessary to ensure smooth flow of visitors in and out of the building.	Assisting with general office duties within Facilities Department when requested to do so.	Making accurate boardroom bookings and ensuring organisers receive relevant confirmation.	Liaising with Hostesses and all parties concerned to ensure polite reception, escorting and hand-over of guest to the staff member being visited.customer service
