A.Cervantes is an accomplished business executive with over 35 years of experience in public companies, merchant banking, and strategic advisory services. With a proven track record of success in corporate finance, M&A, strategic planning, communications, and APOs, he has established himself as a prominent figure in the smallcap space.

He founded Staffing 360 Solutions in 2012, where he served as Vice Chairman and President until 2015. STAF is an international staffing company executing a global rollup strategy focused on the acquisition of specialty staffing companies ranging from IT Consulting to Financial Services. During his tenure, Staffing completed 5 material acquisitions, generating over $140 million in annualized revenues and employing approximately 3,000 people worldwide.

Mr. Cervantes resumed his role as the CEO of Trilogy Capital Group, a successful boutique private equity group, in 2015, after leaving Staffing 360. At Trilogy, he leads a team focused on developing a series of public company verticals that acquire US companies pursuant to a sector rollup strategy.

In 2017, through Trilogy Capital Group, he formed Bonne Sante' Group, Inc., a consolidation model in the nutraceutical Health & Wellness sector executing serial accretive acquisitions. Bonne Sante' Group later changed its name to Smart for Life, Inc. after acquiring Doctors Scientific Organica, a prominent nutritional food company based in Riviera Beach, FL. Smart for Life completed its IPO on February 18, 2022, and is listed under the Nasdaq symbol SMFL.

A.Cervantes holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies from Webster University. He chairs Trilogy Capital Group, was executive chairman at Smart for Life, and has previously held executive positions at Staffing 360 Solutions, Inc. and Mediacom Industries, Inc.
