Jennifer Nadelson has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles in fast-paced, mission-driven organizations. She has experience in the education and healthcare sectors, and has served as the Executive Director of Primary Care Progress (PCP), a national social enterprise where she led its transition into the next generation. Jennifer served as Director of Operations at Atul Gawande's research think tank, Ariadne Labs, where she shepherded the organization through challenging joint venture structures and a quadrupling in size and capacity. Her nine years in senior hospital administration roles at Brigham and Women's Hospital led her to her current role as CEO of Scout, a start-up platform for parents to manage their kids' activities.

Jennifer is dedicated to engaging stakeholders at all levels, including founders, Boards of Directors, multidisciplinary teams, and diverse operational teams in addressing complex changes in organizations. She seeks roles that align strategic vision, streamline operations, enhance financial reporting systems, and recognize and support entrepreneurial opportunities to help organizations grow.

Jennifer has a BA in history from Barnard College and an MSUP in urban planning from Columbia University in the City of New York. She earned an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General, at Northeastern University's Graduate School of Business Administration. Additionally, she served as an Adjunct Professor at Northeastern University.
