My responsibilities included managing Ireland’s largest and most successful charity partnership to date between Tesco Ireland and Temple Street Children’s Hospital. Meeting the needs of over 25 additional Temple Street corporate partner accounts to include Zendesk, Penny’s, Westpharma, eBay, Oracle and Aviva Insurance. Composing corporate content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn as well as corporate communication materials to include press releases, website content, e-zines and supporter communications. Sourcing and securing new charity partners for Children’s Health Foundation Temple Street. Most importantly meeting the needs of our corporate partners, the foundation and our hospital.

During my time as a Campaigns & Events Executive I had the opportunity to work in a variety of campaigns to include 100minds, the Vhi’s Women’s Mini Marathon, Great Irish Bake and Temple Street’s Christmas Raffle. In my role as Campaigns & Events Executive my responsibilities included planning and successfully executing campaigns and events for the Temple Street Foundation. Tracking campaign registrations and income. Organising campaign photo calls including locations, photographers and brand ambassadors. Managing social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Also working closely with suppliers and vendors to achieve goals and objectives.

Worked as a sales assistant with Pandora from September 2017 - May 2018. Responsibilities included providing customers with the highest standard of customer service, assisting with merchandising of stock, stocktake and rotation of stock and dealing with customer enquiries to their satisfaction.

Completed an internship with Invoke PR & Events. As a PR & Event Executive responsibilities included securing clients coverage in ABC media publications, newspapers, magazines, online, radio and television. Managing client’s social media platforms to include Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and Twitter. Composing press releases and e-alerts on a daily basis. Organised press launches and event organisation included sourcing event sponsorship, tracking payments, registration, management of staff and event analysis.

Fearless Ambition was a business event for woman that took place in the Spencer Hotel Dublin. Our goal was to bridge the gap between industry professionals and young entrepreneurs/students. On the night we had amazing speakers such as Ellen Kavanagh (Waxperts), Kelly Ging (KellyLou Cakes) Rosemary Mac Cabe (journalist and Blogger). It was an event to inspire and to celebrate woman in the business world. The event was sold out and all profits went to Breast Cancer Awareness Ireland.

I was one of the many volunteers for the WebSummit which took place in the RDS Dublin in November 2014. It was a 4 day long event that had over 20,000 attendees. I was part of the response team. I was given many tasks over the 2 days which included crowd control and customer care. It was my first time working at such a large scale event. I gained a insight into this type of events the planning, organising and the running of them.

I have worked on many events with Temple Street Children's Hospital including Temple St. Colours Ball, Trick or Treat, Great Irish Bake and The Women's Mini Marathon.For all of these events I was part of the planning, organisation, sponsorship and  promotion of the event. Also working on the evaluation and analysis of the events.

During my time as an intern with SmartStar Management I gained a great insight into the music industry and into the events side of it. I had many responsibilities such as promotion of events, working with the musicians, organising running orders and times etc., organising masterclasses  and  dealing with other companies abroad. I learned to adapt to different venue types and layouts.  With SmartStar I was given a lot of responsibilities, highly trust and respected and was seen as an equal member of the team.

Worked with Next for over 4 years and gained countless knowledge and skills from my time there. I pride myself on my customer service and work ethic. My main responsibilities included team coach, merchandiser, stock handling, phase change, stock take, tills and processing orders.
