Rodrigo Fernandes do Espírito Santo is a highly experienced Portfolio, Program, and Project Management Professional with an educational background in Electrical Engineering and an MBA. He has developed crucial project management methodologies for major companies and has overseen the successful completion of numerous projects, with a CapEx value of over USD 1.2 billion. His experience includes feasibility studies, project permitting, project audit, and recovery, project controls, risk management, engineering management, and construction management. Rodrigo also has a strong background in service management and PMO design, implementation, and management.

As Head of Project Controls at Pöyry, Rodrigo has demonstrated a keen ability to coordinate and maintain different projects simultaneously. He has also been a Project Management Professor at both Fundação Dom Cabral and Ibmec, where he has shared his knowledge and trained the next generation of project management professionals.
