Wendy Deibert, an experienced healthcare disruptor and designer, has been successful in hospital, healthcare, and virtual care environments for over 34 years. As an entrepreneur, consultant, and clinician she builds strong relationships between people, processes, and technology that enable sustainable program builds. She has expertise in strategy, roadmapping, implementation, project management, clinician/patient relations, software user interface, and product development. Wendy earned her Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis - Olin Business School in 2017.

Prior to her current role as SVP Clinical Solutions at Caregility, Wendy founded The VirtualEngine, LLC, and held various executive positions at Vidyo, Mercy Virtual, and Barnes-Jewish Hospital. At Mercy Virtual, she served as Vice President Telehealth Services, Executive Director Telemedicine Services, and Operations Director Mercy SafeWatch (eICU).

Wendy studied Nursing at Barnes College of Nursing and received her BSN in Nursing from University of Missouri-Saint Louis. Throughout her career, she has contributed significantly to the healthcare and virtual care industry and continues to be a valuable asset to her current organization.
