He has strong expertise in user research and information architecture, and more than 7 years of experience in digital strategy and communications. In his work, he emphasizes a holistic approach, striving to understand how systems and people work together to create experiences that are not only useful but also ethical.

Vikram is a UX generalist, with experience in all aspects of UX, from early-stage research to building out functional specifications. He has a proven track record of driving change in organizations and teams by advocating for a lean, research-driven, and user-centered approach. Vikram is also skilled in running workshops, ranging from small groups to larger teams, to prioritize and define user needs.

As a former Digital Communications Specialist, Vikram has broad experience in content strategy, communications planning, and social media strategy. He takes a strong ethical stance toward technology and is passionate about working on tech-for-good projects.
