Tibi Borza is a seasoned HR professional, career coach, mentor, and founder of MindOFF Group. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration in Foreign Languages from the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies. With more than ten years of experience in the FMCG, IT&C, retail, telco, pharma, and automotive industries, Tibi has worked with multinationals and supported full operation solutions in the workforce market. Tibi's organizational contributions include increased cultural innovation, creation of out of the box solutions, and enhancing leadership skills and capabilities through change management programs. Tibi's passion for youth education and experiential learning led him to become a sought-after speaker, facilitator, and professor both nationally and internationally.

Through MindOFF Group, Tibi and his partners offer full holistic solutions for HR consultancy, recruitment and staffing, and training projects. As an HR Talent Mapping and Recruitment specialist, Tibi worked at Coca-Cola HBC, a global bottling company, and LOreal as a Recruitment Coordinator. As a former Senior Recruitment and Selection Consultant at Catalys Solutions, Tibi partnered with start-ups to help them establish their HR management. He has also served as trainer and assistant trainer for AIESEC and ASCENDIS Experiential, respectively. As the former Vice President People Development and Regional Coach, Tibi supported AIESEC in Romania in enhancing leadership and personal development programs.
