Eulalio Fabie Silva III, also known as Fabie De Silva among his peers, is a talented multi-dimensional artist with experience in visual design and painting for more than two decades. His passion, vision, and creativity have consistently placed him on the edge of innovation, making him a sought-after artist in the contemporary art/painting community. Eulalio's paintings, which are part of the permanent collection of DePaul University's Arts and Letters building, have been showcased in both group and solo exhibitions.
