Caitlin Gassert

Caitlin Gassert is a seasoned marketing and development professional with a passion for social impact. She studied International Studies, International Communications, and Spanish at American University before embarking on a career in the nonprofit and banking sectors. Her experience includes serving as the Senior Director of Client Marketing at First Republic Bank in Boston, where she oversees marketing strategies to build and deepen relationships with clients. Prior to that, Caitlin was the Business Banking Marketing Director at First Republic Bank where she was responsible for creating and implementing marketing programs to support the bank's business banking division. Before joining First Republic Bank, Caitlin worked as the Senior Development Officer for Individual Giving and Events at Action Against Hunger (ACF-USA) and as the Senior Marketing and Public Relations Manager at Food Bank For New York City. She has also held positions at Innovative Philanthropy, New Yorkers For Children, Court Appointed Special Advocates of Monmouth County as an AmeriCorps VISTA - Development Assistant, and volunteered at International Rescue Committee. Caitlin's diverse background in marketing, development, and philanthropy has equipped her with a unique skill set to lead successful marketing campaigns and build lasting relationships with clients and partners.
