Usamah Simjee is a highly educated and experienced medical professional with a passion for research and biology. Simjee received his Doctor of Medicine from Albany Medical College and his Bachelor of Science in Genetics from the University of California, Davis. He also has experience working as a Clinical Research Associate at Cold Genesys Inc., a Research Lead at the Wildlife, Fish, and Conservation Biology Department at UC Davis, and a Medical Assistant at Dr. Aisha Simjee M.D. at St. Joseph’s Hospital. Additionally, Simjee has previously worked as a Research Assistant in various departments such as Anatomy and Neurobiology, UCI and Plant Biology, UCD. He has also served as an Undergraduate Intern at UC Davis Pre-Medical Surgical Internship, Mentorship Program.
