Halelly Azulay is a leadership development strategist, author, speaker, and expert in communication skills and emotional intelligence. She holds an MA in Intercultural/Organizational Communication and a BA in Communication from the University of Maryland. With over 20 years of experience in corporate, government, nonprofit, and academic organizations, she founded TalentGrow LLC, a consulting company that specializes in upgrading emotional intelligence, building stronger teams, improving communication skills, and growing leadership capabilities. Her books, Employee Development on a Shoestring and Strength to Strength, build upon her vast experience.

Halelly has been the President and Founder of TalentGrow LLC for quite some time, and formerly hosted and produced The TalentGrow Show Podcast with Halelly Azulay. She was also the Past President (Volunteer) and President of the Metro DC Chapter of ASTD, as well as the President-Elect 2008 (Volunteer), Director of Programs (Volunteer), and Director of Communications (Volunteer) at the same organization.
