Caleb Crutchfield is a highly motivated people developer with a passion for personal growth and development. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Ministry and Telecommunications from Oklahoma Baptist University and a Master's Degree in Pastoral Studies/Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. Caleb has an extensive background in pastoral care, counseling, and community development. Before his current role as President of Collaborate Good, Caleb worked as an Area Staff at Search Ministries, Associate Pastor at Fellowship Bible Church Dallas, and Office Manager at TAYLORMARK. Caleb is also a former Account Manager at Express Employment Professionals, a Pastoral Intern at Christ Chapel Bible Church, and a Student Ministry Intern at Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma. Caleb is driven by the belief that we can always become better, and this requires evaluating our deepest beliefs and values. He is a learner and a laugher who cares about things that matter and finds humor wherever possible.
