Consultant to Automotive OEM Product Estimating organization for the deployment of a new Siemens Application called TCPCM that was planned to replace a wide range of disparaged system, disconnected business processes, Data and Information flows, connections to other enterprise business process integration points. •	The tool  was to be able to pull in appropriate BOM and product engineering attributes from  Siemens 9.1 Team center environments, volume and product mix estimation systems, Engineering Change Processes , Request for Quotation processes to serve as the knowledge base to establish target piece prices for component or assembly Piece Cost and Vendor Tooling Piece cost estimates that where to be used by OEM Purchasing in the negotiation with OEM supply base for contracted piece pricing•	Responsibilities was to rapidly build a team of OEM and TCS SME, Establish a detailed time line and list of WBS task from the involved organizations within OEM and TCS to support a scale down deployment, One commodity type, One tooling and process type to provide a proof of concept.•	Program Manager on a short (4) week project to with Pratt and Whitney to Test their Team Center 10.1 environment using HPQQ 10.1 to test Pratt and Whitney’s ITAR /EER Import/Export compliance solution to meet government defense industry standards that included the e development of over 31 test matrix, 171 test cases and the execution, defect tracking and resolution of those test case execution results. The project accomplished in 4 weeks allowed Pratt and Whitney to return to outsourcing engineering work globally where they were constrained from outsource to non US Citizens and countries based on   a security leak in the system nearly 2 years ago that force the DOD to demand the use of US Citizen only working on Pratt and Whitney jet engine design’s.

Assigned to worked as a consultant/crisis management role to define the scope of the customization and affected applications from the Transition of Ryder's Desk Top Transportation Management and Payroll solutions called RD2K to Ryder's home grow Web based solution called LMS or Logistics Management System with little internal organizational knowledge of how the end to end solution worked due to the how the company is structured. •	Definition of the project included customizations to the LMS solution to satisfy fourteen (1)4 different Ryder Automotive Supply Chain Transportation and Warehouse Management accounts each with a unique transportation management. Warehouse management application system functionality requirement via the integration of a Ryder home grow application called LMS or Logistics Management System COTS Route Optimization solutions such as Appian, Transmolder, Lamsoft  to have the ability to perform integrated real time dynamic route planning and route changes.•	Project definition included the replacement of legacy time tracking systems in RD2K and Time Co within Ryder and there backend payroll processing and payroll integrations to SAP and other legacy Ryder Payroll systems.•	Project definition also included defining the integration requirements of Ryder’s LMS solution to multiple Ryder in house Billing and Invoice Solutions and the customization of these solutions to meet Ryder end client format invoicing and billing format and content needs. •	The project included defining LMS and “Truck OBC” On Boarding Computing hardware and application enhancements functionality enhancements needed for COTS People Net and Teletrac driver information systems into the LMS Solution for Dynamic Route updating.•
