Thomas Vu Truong Tho is a seasoned professional in the integrated circuits, electronics, start-up, and management industry with four decades of experience. Along with his impressive academic and research background, he has authored several papers, patents, and books and has been a recipient of two national awards for his contributions to the field.

Thomas has an extensive background in chip design, electronics, and business administration, and he has taught courses in electronics, digital circuits, control & automation lab, system implementation, system insertion of gallium arsenide (GaAs) technology, GaAs technology, and charge coupled devices (CCD's) at the University of Minnesota and the University of St. Thomas.

Currently, he serves as the President and Chief Engineer at Top-Vu Technology, Inc. and is available for consulting, interim executive, or board member roles. He has also been involved with Anoka Investors LLC, investing in startups and charitable organizations.
