I was appointed to increase administrative efficiency (assessment and redefinition of workflows and procedures to ensure replies and actions in a timely manner). Over time the role was expanded to include: analysis and reply to miscellaneous queries and complaints; analysis of audit reports to public and private higher education institutions and their follow-ups; analysis of other technical reports and drafting of memos on miscellaneous subjects related to higher education.

I taught Secretarial Skills, MS Word®, MS Outlook® and MS PowerPoint® in the Secretarial Studies and Corporate Communication Undergraduate Course.I represented, from 2003 to 2012, the faculty of the Secretarial Studies and Corporate Communication Undergraduate Course at the ISLA-Lisboa Pedagogical Council.

Visiting Lecturer

I was in charge of the design, advertising and development of the training courses offered by ISLA-Lisboa and of projects tailor-made to companies' specific needs. I was also in charge of the department budget, submission and execution of funded training projects under the III CSF and the accreditation of ISLA-Lisboa with DGERT. During this period, I also launched the Student Employment Service, classroom rentals and a book purchasing service.
