Dave Mills is a highly experienced construction manager and site superintendent with over 35 years of experience. He has successfully supervised, planned and scheduled, estimated manpower, requisitioned materials and equipment, performed field engineering, created as-built drawings, controlled and interfaced with multiple subcontractors, and maintained quality control for civil, structural, electrical, and piping disciplines. His experience extends to various construction projects including military and commercial buildings, high-end custom homes, hotels, parking garages, small bridges, communication and electrical duct banks, septic systems, and medical labs. Dave has worked for government, commercial, and residential clients and possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in construction management, safety, and quality control.

Dave studied at San Antonio College and has worked for KIRLIN GROUP, LLC, Alutiiq, LLC, Metzler Contracting Co. LLC, GM Construction, Alutiiq International Solutions, Ledcor/US Pacific, Ledson Construction, and Christopher Homes in various positions from construction manager to project manager to estimator. Dave is currently seeking new opportunities in Hawaii.
