Over the years, Joseph has held several senior leadership positions in companies such as American Express and Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. In his current role as Director of Loyalty Business Development at American Express, Joseph has been instrumental in bringing customers and merchants together through enterprise deal structuring and deployment of innovative products and capabilities.

Prior to this, Joseph had also served as the Director of Membership Rewards Partnerships as well as the Senior Manager for Enterprise Growth and Global Corporate Payments at American Express.
