Hemantha Pamarthy, with over four decades of experience, has held senior positions in corporate and development sectors across India, Brazil, and South East Asian countries like Cambodia and Laos PDR.

His expertise ranges from Financial Services, Financial Inclusion, Micro Finance, Consulting, Capacity Building, CSR, OE Industrial products, FMCG, to Agro-products.

Before becoming an independent international Adviser, Consultant, and Resource Person, he served as the Managing Director of Hand in Hand Micro Finance Private Limited.

Hemantha specializes in Financial Inclusion and Micro Finance, with a Bachelor's in Commerce and further qualifications in Micro Finance and other related areas.

He advises on CSR, teaches across organizations and academic institutions, undertakes feasibility studies, and has a strong background in Marketing & Materials Management and Training & Development.

Fluent in English, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, and Kannada, he also has exposure to German, Malayalam, Sanskrit, Urdu, and Laotian languages.
