Daniel O'Neil has spent over 30 years managing diverse operations in various countries worldwide. With a degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University and an MSCE in Project Management from the University of Washington, O'Neil has worked in various fields, including infrastructure and earthquake engineering. Working as the Chief of Party on the USAID Water and Sanitation Project in Haiti, O'Neil's focus is on improving five municipal water systems to provide water to 250,000 people and improved sanitation to 75,000 people. He is also committed to building the capacity of the national water authority to ensure that the changes are sustainable.

O'Neil has worked on several other major projects. He was the Director for Infrastructure and Environment at Cardno Emerging Markets, where he managed a USAID-funded infrastructure project in Liberia that involved supervising construction and training county officials to manage the road network. He also worked as a Principal at Miyamoto International, where he developed a deep appreciation for strategic vision, and as the Senior Director for Caribbean Programs at the Pan American Development Foundation, where he secured over $80 million in grant funding.

Throughout his career, O'Neil has grown the portfolio in each of his roles. His work in different countries has honed his skills in managing diverse operations, building capacity, and strategic visioning.
