Howard Reed III, MBA is an ambitious and venturesome professional hailing from New Jersey. After relocating to California, he has established himself as a go-getter in various industries. Reed's career began in the hospitality industry, where he developed his customer service and people skills. He later moved into executive talent acquisition and recruiting for companies like Robert Half and Vistage Worldwide, Inc.

Reed's expertise in sales strategy and recruitment landed him the position of Director of Sales and Client Services at Reed Executive Search, LLC. He then became an investor at Sound Equity Inc, where his business acumen flourished even further. Most recently, he joined TIGER 21 as the Director of Membership Development.

With a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and International Business from Montclair State University and a Master of Business Administration in Organizational Leadership from Point Loma Nazarene University, Reed is always seeking to expand his knowledge base. He is also a former ski instructor at Mountain Creek Resort, where he learned the importance of tenacity and perseverance.
