- Supported management and staff of approximately 800 employees across Downstream Canada in Supply & Distribution, Trading, Lubes Supply Chain and Retail 
- Facilitated sessions for leadership team and employees for areas such as leadership development, in role development and diversity & inclusiveness
- Executed multiple workstreams to increase employee engagement survey scores, including organization restructuring, focus groups, and team building activities 
- Conducted internal panel interviews to aid leaders in their resourcing needs
- Supported negotiation process for five unionized locations across Canada
- Focal for HR initiatives such as the salary survey, people development week, onboarding and employee survey

Shell

Human Resources Advisor, Downstream

- Supported management and staff in a growing client base of approximately 600 people across six gas plants in Alberta and British Columbia (three which are unionized)
-  Developed business cases to implement strategic recommendations in response to attrition rates, aging workforce and external market trends
- Guided leadership team through HR processes such as resourcing, performance ranking panels, employee survey, workforce planning, and maintaining a respectful workplace  
- Prepared detailed management mandates and analysis for the upcoming round of bargaining of three unionized gas plants
- Acted as focal for HR processes such as merit cycle, salary survey and other change management projects

Human Resources Advisor, Upstream Americas

- Developed a model to analyze the impact of the transition from Canadian Graduate Program pay structure to global alignment, while mitigating risks of inequity. 
- Engaged stakeholders including executives, senior management, and human resources business partners through 30 engagement sessions to present findings and recommendations for a seamless integration to the new pay structure. 
- Effectively edited and wrote up to 28 Canadian HR policies to be published on Shell’s intranet

Compensation Analyst

- Coached senior managers’ on the understanding of the collective agreement for the Ministry of Corrections, Public Safety and Policing.
- Compiled research materials for the renewal of the collective agreement and created memos used by the Deputy Minister to designate essential services.
- Developed case management skills by writing up to 100 Agreed Statement of Facts to be signed by the Union and Employer to proceed outstanding grievances to Arbitration. 
- Increased employee satisfaction by developing recognition ideas for Ambassadors in the Career Ambassador Program  
- Conducted a workforce planning analysis for HR to be used as supplement materials for career fairs
