Kenny Winn is an accomplished healthcare leader with a wealth of experience in the industry. He has spent his career improving healthcare delivery and achieving business objectives for healthcare organizations. Winn has over 20 years of experience in respiratory care, having served in various leadership positions including Director of Respiratory Care at Atrium Health, Director of Respiratory Care at Yale New Haven Hospital, and Director of Respiratory Therapy Services at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital. He also worked as a Principal at JanusRT and a Business Development Strategist at SimplyVital Health. Winn is a graduate of State University of New York Upstate Medical University, where he received Bachelor of Science in Respiratory Care Therapy, and University of North Carolina at Charlotte where he earned MHA in Health/Health Care Administration/Management.

Throughout his career, Winn has been involved in developing and executing strategies for healthcare organizations. His experience includes business development, operational management, strategic planning, and improving clinical outcomes. Winn has also been active in academia as a part-time faculty member at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and Boise State University. He served as a commissioner at the Commission on Accreditation for Respiratory Care (CoARC) and also as a Head Coach for Track & Field at Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools.
